"Since he has barely even given any information i would say this is a hoaxuntil pilo gives us some news, we won't knowWatzatsong shortens the audio to 30 seconds for copyright issues.For me i think it's a phone ringtone, a phone call take 20 to 30 seconds, it's quite possible that this is it, it opens up a wide field of possibilities, we could spend hours finding out about old ringtone companies, hoping it will help you in your search. -
