WindedCone commented Il y a 1min"its morning sun but sped up, the sample given is sped up becuase the original song is a vaporwave track called Caesars Palace and it originaly cut and slowed the sample down (about .69 playback rate) so the OP sped it up to presumably aid in recognizing it for those who knew, but over shot it by 1.3 semitones so its a bit faster than it should be"
