Prokofiev "Dance of The Knights", maybe? https://youtu.be/bBsKplb2E6Q?feature=shared

    Sorry for the wild guesses

I'm sorry but I'm unable to produce a better sound. However, I'm certain about the five or six first seconds, even if I think the rythm could be a bit slower

Can you update your sample if you feel it's slightly off? Happy to look further into it!

Yeah damn... I mixed the 3 last seconds and some parts with the Hungarian march. (the "Tim dum, ta la tata" at the end and the "tum digudum")

And the for teh Egyptian march, it sounds extremely similar and close to what I'm searching for, but it isn't the right song

Another guess is Berlioz — Hungarian March From the Damnation of Faust.  (https://youtu.be/7okulqWTP2Q?feature=shared)

And there's always Johann Strauss II's Egyptian March, but I guess you would have checked that one (https://youtu.be/XbvwNAQ8u4o?feature=shared)

  • "nah, I'm Russian and this not Belarusian or other slavyan languages
    abcdmochaSat, 04 May 2024 00:15

I don't think the song is entirely in English, as some people stated it "sounds like gibberish", but to me it sounds like a mix of Belarusian and English. If anyone here is familiar with how Jpop & even some French / German songs, they'll sometimes have a random key phrase written in English time to time. English & Russian languages have alot of phonetic similarities, especially when mixed with a punk / alt accent (coming from a phoneticist)

It'd be nice to have someone who speaks Belarusian give this song a listen, and try to transcribe the song instead of assuming it's 100% English or 100% another language. Maybe one of those Youtubers who speaks 901 languages could give it a look lol

can you tell me what the radio was called?
    SugarySweet7Thu, 21 Dec 2023 16:35
The reason i think that is because i think i heard it playing on a internet radio station once. That station apparently doesnt exist anymore but it was credited as a song from 1990 and the artist name might have began with an t or a. It might not have been the same song however i think it was, i heard it around 5 years ago
    Doobster8wThu, 21 Dec 2023 07:49
It sounds more like something from 2000 - 2006
    SugarySweet7Thu, 21 Dec 2023 06:43
    It might be from 1990

BTW has somebody already uploaded this to YT? If not I might likely upload it myself to spread out the search.
