  I already said that I thought it sounded familiar. Then it is also possible that it is Dutch rock or NW. Since you hear it's a foreign accent. It may also have been posted here before.

  "The Damned" are way too popular, anyways. There are dozens of singers that share similar vocals. Also, I don't believe both are native English speakers (or at least the female singer is not). The way she pronounces certain words possibly hinders that.

  it could be a demo or an unreleased project by The Damned because it sounds just like them, and im more than satisfied with that answer. that explains why i can't find the song with google search.
