@GeorgeT3: Not what I'm looking for. It's not Justice - Phantom Part 1 or 2, either. (What on earth would an elementary school gym teacher be doing playing Justice in front of little children?)

I tried recreating the song in MIDI. After the end of the sample I remember, there was this weird lady singing nonsense distorted syllables. That's not the end of the full song, however.
