According to the man himself, this aired on South Korean TV in ~1977. He recorded it from Japan and calls it a "strangely Japanese anime-like song" The website looks pretty old, I'd estimate the page with the songs to be written around 2000 or even earlier. However, it looks like some other pages on the website were pretty recently updated, one was updated in 2020. There is also a Twitter and Facebook connected to the site. I'm not sure if the song is Korean or Japanese, it would be nice if someone could confirm that and what the lyrics are.
