The tape is an Indie Pop Digest Tape from circa 1997. Thats the only information I have of it.

Guys, this has been found! Not by me, but i stumbled upon a forum that also talks about this sample, and they link it to a 1981 LP. It's called Glompus Van De Hloed - Tales From The Crypt and it's basically a British stage show of some kind, directly made for LP (Through Warner Bros Records).
