In general, I think age has nothing to do with any kind of music, I'm not judging what people are looking for. Could be for nostalgic reasons. I sent the sample because I think it's close and maybe it was sampled in the song you're looking for? Hope you find it!

i think it was from some animation that ran in slovakia, in 90s-2010s, and was from Disney or related, and was animated prolly (tale spi, gummy bears...)
"tanec xx-xx-xx-(l/r)ka, tancuj s nami/bez zábrany" is all i can remember but it can all be wrong
