"Matter of opinion. Post-punk - itself an over-broad, nondescript term - and Jangle pop in the 80s overlapped so much they were practically the same thing.
If The Chills, Felt and Aztec Camera are in this list this list

and this unknown clip is at least in the neighborhood, Jangle Pop is close enough for me.This isn't jangle pop, sounds more like post-punk to me -
