  The song your are looking for is definitely  Geisterfahrer - "Kassel", 1991
  (https://www.discogs.com/master/1219950-Geisterfahrer-The-Intro-Tapes-1979-1991).
  There's no audio sample for this song on the net (but quite a few other songs of this group, even similar songs).
  
  For those (Nana!) interested in the repeating chorus almost filling the whole song:
