"This could potentially be an extended snippet for the lost song "Just A Game," or just from the same singers of that song!!! -

"Hi Jamie,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m so glad you like the track!
It has a bit of a crazy history. It was originally written to pitch to ATB who we’d already done several successful collabs with but unfortunately he turned it down. As you know we then gave the vocals to Daybreakers a couple years back so they could release their version.
But I think the clip you linked to might be a remix that a DJ in Chicago did, probably a decade or so ago? I think his handle was To Kool Chris. This is just a guess at this point but he did have a radio show in Chicago so maybe he played it one night as a demo. It was never released in that form as far as we know.
I hope that helps!
All the best,
Roberta"
In turn, I responded:
"Hi Roberta,
Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, that does shed a bit more light on the track. Thank you so much for the info you have given me, Roberta. Should I contact Too Kool Chris? Also, are you able to provide me with the original version of the track so I can hear what it sounds like? I am sure it will be just as good as the version I linked lol. :)
Once again, thank you Roberta for the info you have provided me with about it so far.
With best wishes,
Jamie."
I am currently waiting to hear bnack from Roberta, but she thinks the track I linked might actually be a remix, rather than the original that Daybreakers told me it was. I have informed them of what Roberta replied, and am waiting to hear back from them as well. I will of course update if I hear anything from anyone. In the meantime, I should probably contact Too Kool Chris. Unfortunately, without knowing what radio station this was played on, I cannot progress any further apart from with the speculation that it could be a remix by that DJ from Chicago.

And they responded with:
"I believe it was also Great Escape. Yup, Wild Strawberries is Roberta and her husband."
And then I responded:
"Do you know if it was released or if it just stayed a demo? I also need to know, would their song have had "(Demo)" on the end of the title when it was sent out to radio stations to play, or would it have just been called "Great Escape"?"
They haven't replied to this question yet, but when they do I will of course update you. My next question after that one will be the all-impoirtant one, "do you possess the track?".

"Hi there. Sorry for the late reply - just got notified of this message now. That sample in that link above is the original song by Wild Strawberries that they did as a demo. Roberta gave us those vocals and we made it into our full song. Thanks"
I've now asked them whether Roberta was a featured artist on the demo, as in "Wild Strawberries Feat. Roberta Harrison" or whether she was a vocalist the band had already, and will update you with what they reply.
