I found this song from a special news presentation about hurricane hugo
the vocalists sound familiar, not sure if there is a connection to the snippet i posted or just a game which many have compared it to
According to the credits of this presentation, the song is called "Hands Holding hands" by Al Thompson and Kim Welch"
