You may also be right about a Hungarian request on his other YT channel going unanswered as well - damn. I have two other things I can do on my end, but they are not guaranteed to go anywhere. I could try to get in touch with someone who used to conduct the choir I was in when I was very young, so about 9 or 10. She was very good. I am not sure what's happened to her now. As a bit of background, I used to be in a choir when I was in primary school, and we would come in every saturday morning in our local area and sing songs, some of which were like this (in English though obviously). We lived in Eastbourne at the time. I'll have to try to find her again and ask her. Or there is another person who I could try to get hold of. His name is Tassilo Erhardt. He is Dutch but he lectured at my university (Liverpool Hope University) for a number of years. Again, I am not sure what's happened to him now, but he disappeared from me in mysterious circumstances in about 2017 or 2018, never to be heard from again. He was helping me with my dissertation (it was a vocal setting of a piece and I had to write a text about the setting I wrote, he was helping me with the vocal setting (he helped me for a long time then I suddenly stopped hearing from him one day). I don't even know if he still works there, but I can check the page where it lists the lecturers who currently work there. I could probably also ask Ian Percy (another lecturer), who may know more than either of them, but he may not work for the university anymore.
"A real Hungarian, who also had classical ballet training, helped me translate the text. And he also took the trouble to search for this song online himself. - But I wouldn't go so far as to bother this friendly person even further by looking for a Hungarian teacher. -

Looking for more informations about Jim Price, I've found his old angelfire site dedicated to Neblung Price band, which actually quotes the lyrics "All the words are still there, in another green world" and includes a lot of screencaps from old video footage.
https://www.angelfire.com/nj2/nebpri/p5.html
Alright, but we still don't know where the Guglielm's recording comes from originaly.
I was digging through archived pages of R.Stevie Moore website, and I've found a very interesting listings of cassette compilations "Friends And Enemies" produced by R.Stevie Moore in the 80s.
From the labeling of the tapes, I'm sure it was released locally in New Jersey area.
http://web.archive.org/web/20211204045728/http://www.rsteviemoore.com/tp/friendsenemies.html
Excerpt of the 1983 listing is here:
15. ROGER FERGUSON "Radios"
16. PRICE GROUP "The Words Are Still There"
17. MIKE HOPPER "Seems to Soothe"
I am confident that the original version of the song, has to be on that tape. It makes perfect sense. R.Stevie Moore as a producer of the compilation could provide the programmed lo-fi drum track to Jim Price,
and also play some of the other instruments, while Price Group taken care of the rest. So R. Stevie Moore's involvement is explained, but it's a Price Group/Jim Price song in my opinion.
That's why the acoustic recording exist, because RSM liked the song.
From what I know these cassettes are not available anywhere, but maybe someone will be lucky enough to find it/get it somehow. There must be so many obscure songs on these compilation.
BTW. Today is R.Stevie Moore's 71st birthday!

OK, so let's go back to the beginning. Swiðr has found the "acoustic" version on Bandcamp https://rsteviemoore.bandcamp.com/track/the-words-are-still-there along with the "Drums Only" distorted track from the original Guglielm's recording https://rsteviemoore.bandcamp.com/track/words-still-there
We need to go deeper.
Price Check Moore's Code ~ Freedom Now release (which contains the drum track) has this info in the description:
"The Best of Jim Price, WFMU (1977-1982) NJ USA Produced and compiled by R. Stevie Moore"
Jim Price is a WFMU DJ, and a close friend of R. Stevie Moore. They collaborated many times back then, there's a plenty of video footage of them from 70s, 80s and 90s. Jim also recorded a lot of footage for RSM music videos, and he's credited in the descriptions on official R. Stevie Moore YT channel.Examples:

Here's a review of "Amateur Hour" release (which contains the acoustic version): http://web.archive.org/web/20211204041506/http://www.rsteviemoore.com/tp/amateur.html
"Recorded over a long weekend in November 1983 with nothing more than a couple of guitars, a set of bongos, and a malfunctioning four-track cassette Portastudio,
Amateur Hour is the R. Stevie Moore album that most closely resembles the lo-fi craze that would start a decade or so later. The 29 songs are a mixture of wayward
semi-improvisations, oddball covers, and new takes of old Moore favorites, mostly performed on a trebly, clangorous acoustic guitar with Moore singing at the very
top of his range, giving much of the album an uneasy, anxious-sounding feel that's mitigated somewhat by the easygoing, ramshackle looseness of the performances."
The listing gives credit to original composers/performers of the songs, for example:
06. We're In Vietnam (1.58)
07. Can't Buy Me Love (1.50) (Beatles)
08. One Night (2.06) (Elvis)
09. The Words Are Still There (2.41) (Jim Price)
10. A Tank! (0.23)

The Best of Jim Price, WFMU (1977-1982) NJ USA
Produced and compiled by R. Stevie Moore
Since Jim Price didn't release anything on it's own in the early 80s, his songs were produced but also released by R.Stevie Moore. I still think it's a song of Jim Price.

R.Stevie Moore sites lists (Jim Price) next to "The Words Are Still There" here: https://web.archive.org/web/20211204041506/http://www.rsteviemoore.com/tp/amateur.html
R.Stevie Moore version features acoustic guitar, but in the background I can hear identical vocals and bass parts just like in the guglielm's recording! I'm not saying it's not his song, it can still be a part of their colaboration (which was a thing in the 80s)
Also there is an old site dedicated to Jim Price and Neblung Price band, which quoted "All The Words Are Still There In Another Green World".
I think those lyrics are important for them, and are significant part of their local music journey. https://www.angelfire.com/nj2/nebpri/p5.html
Jim Price is still a very active host on WFMU so I think he can be asked about it :)
