This is almost 100% a parody of Moskau, From the clothing that they wear and the whole song itself.
probably from 1981 - 1985 / 1986" -

mickeyr commented 14min ago"This half-a-second is all I have, sorry. It's from, I think, the beginning of a new recording but got over recorded by a continuation of a K-Tel record dub (Together) and before it is a radio recording of a Four Seasons song (I've Got You Under My Skin). The cassette (TDK D-C60L) and recording itself are from the late 70s-early 80s so it definitely isn't Nirvana.
"do you have a longer sample? it sounds like it might be by nirvana but i'm gonna need more than one second of audio to verify. -

Amazing, you did a great job! There have been miraculous discoveries before, and I have a few myself (when we find a song against all odds) but this happened so quickly, in just one day! And it could have turned into a long-standing mystery, because of this unusual title (I heard about this word "Golem" in a fairy tale as a child, but why that word is the title, I don’t understand).
I happened to help you a little but your steps after that are extraordinary - as if you were guided by some invisible, powerful force - you managed to find a song by looking for "Love" on Discogs, and we know how common that word is in song titles. You found the right band as the fourth result (actually - the sixth, but I believe you skipped Hanson and Led Zeppelin right away) and you recognized the style, dug further and had enough patience to listen to other songs. On that part of the road, most people would go on, without checking out the other songs. But your desire to find a song performed its little miracle (the law of attraction in action). 😊
So congratulations, I'm so glad you found it! And I really like this song!
By the way, they have lyrics on Discogs, turns out: I heard the chorus well. 😊

Your suggestion that "love" was being said instead of "tribe" ended up making me solve this one. I was just searching for 1997 UK Rock Vinyl releases with "Love" as the track title on discogs and I ended up stumbling upon Nightnurse. While the song that had "Love" in the title, "I Love Being Used Properly" was not the song, I thought that the band sounded very similar to what I was looking for upon listening to "Skirt", so I looked into their other songs, and I found it!
Thank you, tbh I likely wouldn't have found it with your suggestion.

I hear "I'm giving you all too much love" or "I've given you all too much love".
Then men sing something like: "We're giving you far too much of it".
And finally, she sings: "I'm giving ( I've given ) you far too much of it".
Here: https://youtu.be/IorRi-4touE?t=106 I hear "Love". L and V pretty sure. I also hear quite clearly "Too much".
I may be wrong, but I really don’t hear “Tribe” anywhere.
