So we found out it is NOT the singer of “ we’re all a little weird “ that sang this song due to the difference of voice,

and then we also found out parry gripp didn’t sing the song due to him being very clear on what he is singing about whenever he makes a song.

if there is another lead, I’ll try to see if it is actually true. ( if I can )

yeah the song seems to be european. that's why, again, the lead of yellowcard and Nerf Herder is a "rabbit hole" and can't be that ... i'm stuck on the research honestly
