Stephanus commented il y a 3min"I'm sorry but I'm unable to produce a better sound. However, I'm certain about the five or six first seconds, even if I think the rythm could be a bit slower
"Can you update your sample if you feel it's slightly off? Happy to look further into it!Yeah damn... I mixed the 3 last seconds and some parts with the Hungarian march. (the "Tim dum, ta la tata" at the end and the "tum digudum")
And the for teh Egyptian march, it sounds extremely similar and close to what I'm searching for, but it isn't the right song
Another guess is Berlioz — Hungarian March From the Damnation of Faust. (https://youtu.be/7okulqWTP2Q?feature=shared)
And there's always Johann Strauss II's Egyptian March, but I guess you would have checked that one (https://youtu.be/XbvwNAQ8u4o?feature=shared) -

TVEX commented il y a 7min"WYLN is a low powered TV station located in PA, so I don't think they would have the money to compose a news theme like that. Most LPTV stations use production music for their news themes.
"It was probably specifically made for that news channel so I can't really give your name because it doesn't really exist, but I can try my best -

And if someone else - in this case you - hadn't been interested in the song, I would probably have given up on it by now.
The Youtuber is probably Hungarian (apart from his German username). One user asked for the title in English - so far no answer. (Maybe one should ask for it in Hungarian - because there is no other contact info).
Personally, I currently assume that this song has not been released on CD and that it is a neo-classical original (setting of a more recent Hungarian poem). There are talented musicians in Hungary who do not immediately shout every word out into the big wide world.

Ìgy hát szenderegj csak szépen békés álmok lágy ölében.
Már az ének véget ér, egyre halkul lantom újra,újra,újra...

The song itself sounds like it could be a round of some sort (I was in a children's choir in my younger days, and we sung a few rounds back then, so I know the formation), or at least it does in some parts.
