  I'm pretty sure they did retake and or remastered the song for their Bandcamp release, since the original artist's voice sounds a bit different between the two versions. It could be that they had to remaster the song due to quality issues, since Bandcamp only allows high quality audio files to be uploaded to the site, such as .wav or .flac, and they did not have a high quality version for their old take.

  I checked the metadata of the file you uploaded, the artist name written in the file is "Mrs. SKAnnotto". I am unsure if this is the actual artist's name, though. Could probably just be a band name, perhaps?
