  I think you are probably right on the band name.  If you listen to the intro of the first track I posted he says (pretty sure) "Undertones".  This was on an EP released 2 months before my recording.  I found them on Wikipedia and apparently they liked to be known as "Oslo." .  Note the period(.).  Thanks a lot user3322.  I'll try and work out the name of this one now.
